I love having a caffeine-free option for Mind. I think it helps with focus, or at least it makes me think it does. :)

I really like this product. It gives me energy throughout the day without affecting my sleep.
My friend gave me a few capsules if qualia mind. I can tell right a way the difference! I have so much energy throughout the day. One more good thing, is I can continue moving without getting tired that results to having a good night sleep
