It works
I don't know how it works, but this product so far is working. I have used one bottle and my sleep is improved. I think there was only one or two nights where I did not sleep soundly. If I do need to wake up, I fall back to sleep. I drift off to sleep quickly and am probably sleeping at least...

Better sleep
I started with two capsules, and had small benefit, then I moved up to four capsules and slept really sound for 5 to 6 hours. When I ran out I really missed it, about to order more.
