Sleep
I’ve only taken the first two days and I’ve ordered the second two days. The first two days allowed me to sleep all night for the first time in years.

Effective!
I could "feel" it working in my head - brain, forhead, skin. Very interesting to notice and was directly after taking my first morning 2 cap dose. 2nd day I needed to take a heavy nap and felt like never before later in the day!
