Shipped fast!! Have only taken it for a few days , but I think I feel more nimble, may be too soon to tell but will update a review after a few weeks of use.

I just started taking Qualia Life, I am only on my second day, but I am sure that I started feeling the positive effects instantly. I had a sense of mental clarity and energy on my first day that I haven’t had in a long while and I am looking forward to continuing on my Qualia journey. Yay!!

Better sleep, calm focus, improved sense of well-being.
Took it every day for 5 days with my first meal. I definitely noticed better sleeping, calm focus, and more focus while playing tennis.
