It was a bit difficult to remember to take the pill so early in the evening, so I got a false start or two. When I began to remember to take it by 7pm or so by using an alarm, I seemed to get tired at my ideal bedtime and sleep soundly, feeling well-rested when I woke.
Deeper/more restful sleep
I found it to relax me subtly and enhance my wind down leading up to bedtime. My sleep was deeper and more productive. My sleep latency remained unchanged as expected. Overall, a beneficial start to a new product.
Just started study but pleased so far. Looking forward to days ahead.
4 days into Qualia night & am so far very please with the results. I’ve notice I am falling asleep faster & waking up feeling more refreshed & ready to start my day. Looking forward to continuing the process of the study’s.

Too busy accomplishing everything I want to do to write a lengthy review, but this supplement has changed how I approach being busy and improved how I use my time. Highly recommended to anyone with a lot of things to do everyday who can afford it.
