Reset
A couple years ago I was using this pretty consistently. I have no idea why I stopped. I travel a lot for work and doing this. Reset every four weeks is an amazing way to keep my energy up and body working in peak condition. I’m 46 but after a few rounds of this, I feel like 30 again.

May be onto something here!
Well, I wasn’t sure what to think but I’ve only used this once this month and I have had amazing energy. This is the only thing different I have done. I think I’m definitely onto something here!!

It seems to be working!
I have only done the first two days but I honestly believe I feel a difference in my cognition and vitality. Brain fog is reduced and I have more energy. Nice!
