I just started taking this product and have no complaints so far. Started with a lower dose than suggested to make sure there were no unwanted side effects. Customer service was super helpful as well.

Easy to Take
I took 4 capsules on two consecutive days (since I weigh ~110 lbs and was advised that I wouldn't need to take the suggested dose which would be more suitable for a 200-lb. man). It's easy to take since you only take it two days per month.

I took it as directed but didn't notice anything at all. I have to watch money right now as I'm between jobs so can't justify ordering more right now.
