This was easy enough to do. I took 3 pills right before eating breakfast and 3 pills immediately after eating. I drank plenty of water each day. I experienced no headaches or stomach distress. Good product
Time will tell in terms of health and well-being. I think the company has done good research and development of this product and the ingredients should provide benefit in time.
