I need this!
As a 67 year old that has a pretty good morning routine ( sun, breathwork, red light, prayer, yoga, juvent, & SUPPLEMENTS)....I realized I couldn't do what senolytic does on my own very well. On 3rd month and of course feeling very excited! Ty Qualia for great products and education.

Easy to Take
I took 4 capsules on two consecutive days (since I weigh ~110 lbs and was advised that I wouldn't need to take the suggested dose which would be more suitable for a 200-lb. man). It's easy to take since you only take it two days per month.
