I don’t want to be a zombie! I’ve only taken my first month’s dose, hence the 4-star, but I’m excited. I’ve never taken anything like this before; and only 2 days a month? Even I can’t screw that up! Looking forward to great results…

Easy to Take
I took 4 capsules on two consecutive days (since I weigh ~110 lbs and was advised that I wouldn't need to take the suggested dose which would be more suitable for a 200-lb. man). It's easy to take since you only take it two days per month.
