Bought it for my wife and she was able to sleep through the night without taking gravol or waking up every couple of hours which is something she's struggled with for a few years. :)

Like putting the engines in neutral
This is a very different approach. Rather than feeling drugged or spacey, I just felt more calm. I’ve likened it to letting the gears disengage a bit, putting myself into “neutral.” LOVE IT!!!

Quali Night
Probably the best sleep hack product in the market. I take it around 7 pm after a meal and by 9 pm, my body gets to a sleep mode as I am an early riser. My REM sleep has increased by about 50%. I take it Sun - Thur and off on weekends and holidays where I can go to sleep late and wake up late.

Works Well, wish the combination deals held cost
I'm a huge fan of the mental boost I've gotten from the Qualia "Mind", will likely try the caffeine free version as well. My only qualm is the bundle price for the Mind, Life, and Night. The subscription would make more sense given the intro price is held
