I think both are working but i need more time after only app 3 months . The nada + i felt an energy surge quickly.

Haven't noticed anything.
I can't say anything good or bad - I took the capsules 6/day for 2 days, but I did break them up doing 3 morning/night or 2 morn/aft/eve to ensure no side effects from capsules. I take a lot of supplements and use NMN and other anti-aging supplements (Novos), so it's would be really hard to deter...
