Just a note to say their shipping was faster than expected! I literally ordered this maybe a day and half ago. Super excited to try this - their formulations are well known. Try to buy it all separately and you’d spend much much more!

Effects can be subtle
I have to say the first few weeks I had what I felt like were mild to moderate effects, a bit more energy a bit more focus. But the real difference can on the days that I didn't take Mind. Naturally they suggest taking the product 5 days on 2 days off.. so usually those 2 days off are the weeke...
