This product is unbelievable - I didn't notice a big difference in the first month. but the second moth - I was feeling all the goodness - it is everything they said and so much more. Easy dosing schedule
I really like the dosing schedule of 6 capsules for 2 days each once a month. I feel great after taking them and taking care of my aging body.
