Noticing improved energy ....
Since beginning the NAD+ I am feeling a noticeable improvement in energy, especially first thing upon waking and later in the afternoon, which are the two times I usually feel the most depleted.

Was curious as have been hearing a lot about. Just started so hard to say exactly what the difference is if I'm being honest, but so far no side effects and did sleep well last night as one of the outcomes mentioned. Will continue
