I’ve been taking the NAD+ for just over a week and I can already tell a difference. My sleep scores on my Oura Ring are averaging about 7-10 points better and I’m waking up feeling more rested and with more energy. I also have more mental resiliency/clarity. Love the idea, but this is not sustainable.
This is something I will try, in short cycles. It is expensive and is not sustainable for long term use. My wish is that quality supplements will be sustainably priced so they are available to everyone.
