My memory has been better than it’s ever been. The only reasons I’m not giving it 5 stars are A) there is a fishy aftertaste I’m not crazy about and B) it has decreased my sleep quality/duration.

I would say it does what it intends to do roughly 80% of the days I take it. Sometimes, I feel a jolt similar to the way I feel after I drink caffeine for the first time in a long time. my brain is back!!
When I am taking Qualia Mind, I think, speak, and remember like I did when I was - let's just say, decades ago. I am a skeptic, so I want to disbelieve, especially since it's not cheap, but I keep finding out it works for me.
