Might be great.
I only took it for 2 days, but I felt noticeably better on the 2nd day. A longer trial will tell definitively.I appreciate the research that goes into the Qualia products.

I took it as directed but didn't notice anything at all. I have to watch money right now as I'm between jobs so can't justify ordering more right now.

I could really tell the difference in my energy level when I take these. I am on my 2nd month of my 6 month testing to see how I feel. I believe this will continue to be in my monthly regime
