Magnesium magic
My wife has been taking this for a while now, and the difference is night and day. It has completely transformed her sleep quality, allowing her to get actual, deep rest. Because she’s finally sleeping well, her overall mood has regulated and improved significantly. It’s made a massive, noticeable difference in her daily disposition and our household energy. Highly recommend!

Not sure what I was expecting....
Unsure that I had felt any effects from taking these. There was nothing that jumped right out and let me know I was taking any supplement.
