I was already supplementing with two mags that are not in this formula, and I noticed a significant difference within the first few nights of taking it. Sleep was way better! So far it seems a great product, and my only issue with it is the cost, but there really isn't another formula like it out there.

A really great product
Been taking for about a month now and can definitely tell a difference. Highly recommend this brand to anyone who cares about quality.
