I was already supplementing with two mags that are not in this formula, and I noticed a significant difference within the first few nights of taking it. Sleep was way better! So far it seems a great product, and my only issue with it is the cost, but there really isn't another formula like it out there.

Qualia Magnesium
The Qualia Magnesium is a superior product as compared to other Magnesium products. It helps tremendously with my sleep and calm demeanor. I would highly recommend this product!
