Calm and collected

I monitored my blood pressure while taking it and I didn't have any changes to it

It’s only day one so far, still curious to get more of a sense of what difference I will feel from the regular Qualia capsules I’m used to

this stuff works so fast, felt super focused and driven to attack my day. but no jitters or any negative side effects. love this product.

Multiple pills but good clear energy throughout day.
