Good product
Great product. Did get a headache 2/5 of the days I took it but that could be coincidental. Felt like I got better sleep.

Hard to know for sure
I like the concept of all the Qualia products, and have tried the Senolytic (2 months) the Night formula (1 month), and just a few days with the Mind (non-caffeine). Magic Bedtime Routine
Since day one of taking Qualia Night I’ve felt a difference on my energy levels. I have been sleeping less hours but I wake up well rested. I have a tendency to clench my jaw at night and I believe I have not being doing it since my jaw doesn’t feel locked in the morning.
