I have noticed a difference but it takes a couple of weeks before you start noticing a difference in your minds performance.

Great product
It works! and the effect happens in a very smooth way, no high/ down effect. It keeps you focused and awake all day long. The only thing I don't like is that is the amount of pills you have to take, 7 is a lot, but it is worth it.
