I think it helps
my incidences of forgetfulness are less. there are very brain helping nutrients in each capsule.

Great Product
I've been taking Qualia Mind for years now. I can't complain though the only thing I wish was reasonable was the price. More people would be willing to invest in the vitamins if it wasn't so costly. Many of us can't afford $200 or more on vitamins a month.
