Just getting started
I've completed my first bottle. I don't have anything to report yet on improvement. I can also say I have not had any negative reactions. I'm going to continue taking the Qualia Magnesium + as everyone will have different results in time. I'm feel very positive that I will experience positive results soon.

Qualia Magnesium
I was diagnosed with very low magnesium and told to take Calm. I have been diligently for years. I took Quaila Magnesium for less than a month and what a difference! Muscles in arms, shoulders and legs have relaxed. I feel so much better. Thank you for a great product!
