Day 1, and took my first dose, everything going well so far, looking forward to the days ahead, more energy, and combined with a few other products, feeling like I'm aging backwards. I felt better within 2weeks if not before but I just thought no it can’t work that fast. But it does😂. Gives me the energy I need and more focused

Hard to say if the product will be effective over time. I do not feel like I have taken the product long enough to make a fair assessment. I know the ingredients are high quality and will undoubtedly optimize physical performance and wellness over time.
