It has only been a few weeks but...
...I can already tell a difference. My knees don't hurt nearly as much and my hands have improved considerably.

Made a difference with my back discomfort!
I really enjoyed taking this product. I wasn't quite sure what benefits I was getting while I was taking it however a few days after completing the study, my back and joints felt a lot better!!!!! I still have issues with bending and wont pick up anything heavy-my back has improved!
