My sleep the night before was mediocre so I will need the additional days to make a better assessment, but so far it felt like the product worked well at first but wore off faster than the capsules. This could be due to my previous night sleep being just mediocre.
I take Qualia MIND early morning between 5-6am and then Nootropic early afternoon 12noon-1pm and remain motivated hyper focused all day and then easily fall asleep by 9pm.
Wow. Just, wow.
I am a big fan of all of Neurohacker’s formulations, but this one might be my favorite. It’s now my “go-to” if I have an important afternoon meeting or work that requires activation energy and focus.
