It works....
I felt results morning after 1st dose. Of ALL the supplements taken this is a keeper. Sleeping better and no more fog and lethargy. If it gets even better in time ( believe it will) I will feel like a more normal person. Recommended if you just feel crummy all the time.

So far, so good
Order was easy to place and came fairly quickly and on time. I have never tried any Qualia products or any senolytics, so the jury is out on that for me still.

Didn't notice much in the first month but willing to continue. The second month has made noticeable differences in my energy levels. Subtle Difference
The differences are subtle but they are there. I slept through the night without waking up. My focus is definitely improved and I am not feeling sleepy in the afternoon.
