Provides a very nice edge. Definitely a smooth and precise push. I like it, but must be careful with additional caffeine. If you are a coffee drinker, you might wish to reduce or eliminate coffee when taking. I add a bit of theanine with any additional coffee. But highly recommend you try Focus and find where it fits in your program. Nice product. Especially like how the taurine and tyrosine combine.

An inner calmness
Every time I take Qualia Focus it’s like a wave of ease washes over (and inside) my cells making me feel the flow in life I so desperately needed. 🧘🏻♀️ I feel an inner calmness that made me realize I was actually operating at a low level anxiety.

I bought this for our son who is getting is undergrads in BioMedical Engineering, HE LOVES IT! He’s tried lots of other focus products, Dr. Amen‘s products, Nueromaster... and Qualia Focus is by far his fav! He does notice a slight difference in his focus on the 2 days off, but says it’s not dram...
