I took the product for 28 days, two caps per day. For about 15 days, I didn't feel the regular joint discomfort, especially on my fingers. Then the discomfort came back, a little less intense this time. I'll keep taking it because I trust the science behind it.

I've tried many supplements for my achy joints ( turmeric, frankincense, glucosamine, etc.). Some have helped a little. But so far I have noticed a great relief from the Qualia Joint Health.
