It has been great so far
I ordered this because I was out of the magnesium that I was using at night for leg cramps. Since I have been using this I have not had a single leg cramp at night. Also I do feel a bit more mental clarity again during the day.

Makes my body feel 35 again!
I feel much less stiffness in the morning and nighttime. And I think it makes me sleep better as well! This is great stuff!

Felt a difference almost immediately
I was taking the wrong type of magnesium before I found this product and once I made the switch I felt the difference almost immediately. Less brain fog, more energy, better sleep and so much more!
