Even though I’ve never had an issue with focus, this product lasers your eyes to your task at hand. You care for nothing else but to get your work done. It’s definitely has that effect on me. I seem to feel calmer and less scattered-after a week on taking the weekend off. Its tough to tell if this is the product or a placebo response
