Afternoon energy
Like a lot of other reviews, I noticed a jump in my energy levels afternoon, into the evening. I think my instant recall is improving but I want to give this more time.

So far so good
So far so good! I’ve only been taking one pill because I’m sensitive to caffeine and don’t want a niacin flush, but just the half dose seems to be giving me a little boost with no side effects.
