Increased HRV?
My HRV has increased since I’ve been taking it. Not sure if it’s the product or the red light I’m doing before bed. Either way I’m feeling good and will continue to take it.

A lot more energy

So far, so good
I’ve only just started taking NAD+. I feel like I’m having a more steady state of energy throughout the day. I’ll definitely need to use it longer to see how it works for the long term. No negative side effects, either.
