I wish you didn’t have to take so many pills!

Love the product, hate how many pills I need to swallow!

Hi Nina! Thank you for your feedback, and for trying Qualia Senolytic. You can open the capsules and take them with water or even place them under the tongue for quicker absorption. If stomach upset occurs, take them with food (smoothie, juice, soup, yogurt, etc).
