I see a difference
I feel like eye can focus on different distances easier.

Great start
It has certainly helped me with being able to focus on small text when im at work as well as made it easier to wear my glasses for longer periods of time

Less eye strain
I feel like I have a little less eye strain at the end of the day. I have been using blue light lenses for some time now, but there is still a noticeable difference even on days when in the sun for long periods.
