I feel I got help!
I had a bad fall recently during the study and I believe it would have been greater amount of discomfort had I not already been on the supplements.

My knee is feeling great
I am very pleased with this product. I have had chronic knee issues for years now and since taking it my knee has been feeling stronger than it has in a long time.

It lessened my joint discomfort for a while
I took the product for 28 days, two caps per day. For about 15 days, I didn't feel the regular joint discomfort, especially on my fingers. Then the discomfort came back, a little less intense this time. I'll keep taking it because I trust the science behind it.
