I experienced a calming, restful and stress relieving effect.
I did notice a general calming experience. It provided restful sleep compared to before the study. I fell asleep easily, stayed asleep without issues, and did not wake up early. My everyday activities were easier and more comfortable. And, I believe I was calmer with less anxiety and stress during the day.

Better than expected—by far
I’ve used a more common magnesium product in the past, never consistently. In retrospect, after taking this product for two weeks, any benefits I thought I noticed with that other product were likely psychologically a placebo effect. This product blew my mind. Noticeable Improvements
This was a product that I enjoyed taking I noticed positive changes along with less stress and the feelings of being overwhelmed. If I noticed changes like that after only 2 weeks I wonder what taking it more long term would look like.
