Provides a very nice edge. Definitely a smooth and precise push. I like it, but must be careful with additional caffeine. If you are a coffee drinker, you might wish to reduce or eliminate coffee when taking. I add a bit of theanine with any additional coffee. But highly recommend you try Focus and find where it fits in your program. Nice product. Especially like how the taurine and tyrosine combine.

I haven’t been taking it that long this far. But I would say that I have a sense of calm and focus for sure.
