Great supplement
I typically get recurring headaches throughout the week. Since taking this at night, I haven't had any headaches. I also feel more clarity throughout the week.

Noticeable Improvements
This was a product that I enjoyed taking I noticed positive changes along with less stress and the feelings of being overwhelmed. If I noticed changes like that after only 2 weeks I wonder what taking it more long term would look like.
