Great quality!
The quality seems great so far. I have only been taking it for a month. As far as the quality in comparison to other products on the market it looks to be great.

Great Magnesium
It was great to find a magnesium that includes 10 different forms instead of just one or two. My sleep and overall feeling of calm has definitely increased.
