It is the best product on the market... the results are immediate. I have seen physical and mental improvements, but I am amazed at how much I have grown in my daily deep meditation.

Forget the red and the blue, Take the white one
The magnesium caps were great and I could feel a difference while I was taking them. They are clearly a good quality, just wish I could get my dose into one capsule and that it was more budget friendly so everyone could take them
