Great experience, cramps gone
I had no issues with taking the product, I feel the nightly muscle cramps went away and after stopping the product the cramps were there.

One day later...
I just got this yesterday. I took one at bedtime and managed to not fully awake in the middle of the night — VERY VERY unusual for me!
