I had no issues with taking the product, I feel the nightly muscle cramps went away and after stopping the product the cramps were there.

I love the NAD and the stem cell but the magnesium didn’t stop my leg cramps please stop this order

Too early to say how this benefits my body long term, but I did have a good sleep the first night taking one capsule.

This is a great product.
