Hard to know for sure
I like the concept of all the Qualia products, and have tried the Senolytic (2 months) the Night formula (1 month), and just a few days with the Mind (non-caffeine). Wake up feeling refreshed.
Some days I woke up feeling really refreshed. Other days, not so much...but then again I have a 1 year old who wakes up in the middle of the night sometimes. Even so I had a good experience taking the product. I would certainly consider taking in the future depending on price range.

Dreams in brilliant clarity
I fell asleep quick (without feeling drowsy before), deeper deep sleep (dreams clear) and was easy to rise when the alarm rang.

Calming the Circadian
promtoed a gradual slide through my sleep/wake cycle. Waking up very smooth relaxed energy, and the ability to gradually wind down after working through the day.
