I added Qualia Night to my sleep routine supplementation and noticed that it contributed to a more relaxed state leading up to bedtime. It’s important to make sure you take it a few hours before to maximize the effects.
Lots of good ingredients
I think it will take several nights to really know how this product works for me. 1st night I took it at bedtime. The very fine print says to take like at dinner. Then in the super fine print it says to take only 5 days on and then 2 days off. Does not have to be consecutive days.

Too busy accomplishing everything I want to do to write a lengthy review, but this supplement has changed how I approach being busy and improved how I use my time. Highly recommended to anyone with a lot of things to do everyday who can afford it.
