I can definitely tell a difference when I take them. Only down side is super vivid dreams/nightmares

So far so good
Pleased with 1st dose. Took six. No jitters, but more energy. I'll re-evaluate in a month.

Excellent product
The price is a little hefty but this has helped my husband tremendously with his work schedule. He works 12-18 hour days, so days in a row and needed a boost.
