Increased energy
I had energy after the fist day dosing. Second day if dosing I was fatigued. I generally don’t see changes very quickly so know, that with time I will see more positive changes. Joint stiffness
After hitting menopause, I decided to give this a try for some joint relief. I do feel less stiff in the morning after doing this regimen for 3 months.
