Good product
Started out with four and I believe that is the sweet spot. Felt energetic and had a clear mind. May increase.

Great Product
I have tried many other reputable brands when searching for a supplement to help with focus and brain fog that doesn't cause a strong crash later in the day. This product has beaten them all.
