Wonderful product
My wife and I have been taking the magnesium+ for several months and have noticed a huge difference. Less dehydration cramping (I work outside), more energy, clearer mind. Have ordered several refills.

Felt a difference almost immediately
I was taking the wrong type of magnesium before I found this product and once I made the switch I felt the difference almost immediately. Less brain fog, more energy, better sleep and so much more!
